​Information for staff and PC on all EAP providers and affiliates

First, before using this site, know the difference:
​
Providers: All mental health providers (affiliates plus those to whom we may refer EAP clients for longer term counseling
​
Affiliates: The subset of providers contracted by Invest EAP to provide EAP counseling
DATABASE VIEWS

There is one database, but different views of the database. Each view is a subset of the overall database. See the Venn diagram to the right for an explanation.

Select the view you want:
This is the full range of providers with whom we interact. This includes affiliates and other mental health providers to whom EAP counselors (incl. affiliates) may refer.
The providers with whom we contract to provide EAP Counseling.
Affiliates who are currently listed as active and open for referrals.
or
The subset of Active Affiliates to whom we want ProtoCall to refer.

How do I edit providers to ensure they appear in each sub-view?

Administrative Management
Please note that this will access a list of all affiliates (even those who are inactive).
Please note that the EAP Director can provide you with an Excel table of affiliate emails upon special request. This would enable you to easily copy and paste affiliate email addresses into an email in order to send an email to all affiliates. Email EAP Director a request if you need this.
